At Label by MOU, we strive to ensure that your sarees are delivered to you in a timely manner.

Shipping Timeline:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited delivery is available for select locations at an additional charge.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,500 within India.
  • A flat rate of ₹150 will be applied to orders below ₹1,500.

International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional charges may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Return policy

What is the  Return Policy?

If you have received a damaged item or it does not match the description provided , you can return it to the and get a replacement within 15 days of delivery at no extra cost.

Please contact us with your replacement request within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Make sure you do the recordings of the package while opening the same. The Video should clearly show the full package with address details, and then open the package and make the video. We will ask for the video if you claim the return for either damage or other reason. If the video is not taken, we are not liable to return anything.

Once we accepts the return request, the item will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped to you.

What is the 15 Days Replacement Guarantee?

What is the 15 Days Exchange Policy?

In case of damaged or defective Poridheo products, you can initiate a return for a replacement under the 15-Day Replacement Guarantee.

Please contact us with your exchange request within 15 days from the date of delivery. The original item will be recalled and the exchange will be shipped to you.

The product should be returned in its actual condition at the time of delivery. Please ensure that Poridheo products are not used (other than trials). Retain original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in an undamaged condition with the product.

What are the conditions for initiating a return?

Damages due to misuse of products are not covered under the policy. Consumable items that have been used. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers are likewise ineligible.

‘Damage’ or ‘defect’ is as defined under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please return the item in the actual condition you received it with all its original packaging and accessories.

Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same.

To return an item purchased onour website, please refer to the corresponding return policy of us. You can then contact us for initiating the return.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, cancel Contact Us. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled in case a delivery has already been made.

In order to cancel your order:

  • Log into your account and go to the ‘My Accounts’ page.
  • Select the Orders section under that page. It will show you all the Orders.
  • Identify the Order you want to cancel and click on the corresponding ‘Cancel’ Button/Link to cancel that order.
  • Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

Why do I see a disabled ‘Cancel’ button/link?

A disabled or invisible ‘Cancel’ button/link can mean the following things:

  • The order has already been under processing by us.
  • The order has already been shipped by us.
  • The item has a quantity greater than one associated with it.
  • The order is non-refundable.
  • In any of the above cases, you can get in touch with our Customer Support for more information.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.

However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post-confirmation of cancellation/refund by Poridheo.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In order to confirm the cancellation of your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.

Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Once you have requested the cancellation of your order, LabelbyMOU will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
